The likes of Bismah Mahroof, Javeria Khan, and Diana Baig have received promotions, owing to their performances in the concluded season of 2019-20. Bismah scored 213 runs at an average of 42.60 in 5 ODIs and 236, averaging 39.33 in T20Is. On the other hand, Javeria was the highest run-getter for Pakistan in T20Is, which consisted of 3 half-centuries.

The 9-player catalog includes emerging players, namely 16-year old Syeda Aroob Shah, 15-year-old Ayesha Naseem, 22-year-old Muneeba Ali Siddiqui, Fatima Sana, Kainat Hafeez, Najiha Alvi, Rameen Shamim, Saba Nazir, and Sadia Iqbal.

Well, Ayesha Naseem made her first international appearance in the ICC women’s T20 World Cup this year while Sadia Iqbal won the player of the match award on her T20I debut against Bangladesh in October.
