Cricket South Africa has received the clearance from the country’s Sports Ministry to allow their players to resume training amid COVID-19 pandemic. The South African men’s team was last in action against Australia in the 3-match ODI series. After losing the T20 series, South Africa came back strongly to clean sweep the ODIs. Their tour to India was canceled due to the COVID-19 threat.
According to ESPNCricinfo, the CSA board had a meeting on Thursday to plan further proceedings. The Board will have its concentration on getting their men and women teams in action.
Meanwhile, the CSA postponed the 3TC competition which was scheduled to begin from 27th June. The association told that more work would be required for the tournament to take place and thus stood postponed.
As for International Cricket is concerned, it would return when England and West Indies clash in a 3-Test series from the 8th of July. Additionally, the Pakistan team has also landed in Manchester. They would take on England in 3 Tests and 3 T20Is, beginning in August. Indian team’s tour of Sri Lanka and West Indies would also be delayed indefinitely. South African women team fixture against Australia and West Indies also stand postponed.

The CSA Board would also be looking forward to hosting the men in blue for 3 T20Is in August.
However, that doesn’t seem a possible chance, considering BCCI’s announcement of no training camp for India before August. Virat Kohli’s men aren’t likely to resume training anytime soon. India has been recording at least 10000 cases each day for the past couple of weeks.
