Suresh Raina: Rinku’s Cricketing Idol
Rinku expressed his admiration for former Indian batsman Suresh Raina, considering him his idol. He has always looked up to Raina and maintains regular contact with him. Widely known as the ‘IPL King,’ Raina has been providing invaluable guidance to Rinku, sharing his insights and helping him improve his game.
Support from Harbhajan Singh
In addition to Raina, Rinku also acknowledged the support he has received from former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh. “Suresh Raina has been my idol. I am regularly in touch with him. He is the IPL King and he keeps sharing his inputs with me. He has helped me a lot in my career,” said Rinku while talking to RevSportz.
“Bhajju pa (Harbhajan Singh) has also helped me a lot in my career. I am grateful for their support and whenever such big players talk about you, it motivates you to push yourself more,” added Rinku.

The talented left-handed batter had a breakthrough season in the recently concluded IPL, scoring an impressive total of 474 runs for two-time champions KKR. His outstanding performance caught the attention of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), leading to his inclusion in the second-string India squad for the Asian Games.
