We expected Warriors to struggle against the Lions, and they did. They weren’t extremely poor, but they need to deliver better performance to win against sides like the Dolphins.
The lower middle-order consists of Sinethemba, Wiaan Lubbe, Marco Marais have shown that they’re capable of scoring runs when required, which is a good sign. However, the Warriors will need a good start to get themselves to a decent total.
Someone like JJ Smuts has to play a big role. The bowling in the last match wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. They’ll need to bowl better to stop a strong batting lineup of Dolphins.
Two wins in two games have got the Dolphins into a perfect position. They’ll be looking to make it 3 in 3 against Warriors. Khaya Zondo has been brilliant in the two matches. Miller also got some runs for his team.
Sarel Erwee, Roelofsen, Senuran Muthuswami form a strong batting. In the bowling department, Keshav Maharaj and Prenalan Subrayen have been their two best bowlers.
